  • Location Data: We collect precise location data when you use features like "Check-in" or the safety feature "Live Tracking".

2. Android Permissions & Data Safety

Note: You can revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings, but some features may stop working.

A. Camera & Microphone

Why we need it: To allow you to capture photos, record videos (Reels), and send voice messages within the chat. We do not access your camera or microphone when the app is in the background.

B. Storage (Photos/Media)

Why we need it: To let you upload profile pictures, posts, stories, and save media from the app to your device.

C. Precise Location (GPS)

Why we need it: Zaygram includes a safety feature called "Live Tracking". This allows trusted admins or authorities (in case of legal requests) to locate your device if your account is compromised or involved in fraudulent activity. We also use location for tagging posts (e.g., "Mumbai, India").

D. Contacts

Why we need it: To help you find friends who are already on Zaygram. We do not store your contact list on our servers permanently.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zaygram services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Use Zaygram

You must be at least 13 years old. You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws or engaging in payments related Services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.

2. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and messages you share. However, you grant Zaygram a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content.

Strictly Prohibited:
  • Nudity, sexual content, or pornography.
  • Hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
  • Violence, self-harm promotion, or illegal activities.
  • Spam, scams, or misleading links.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. Zaygram is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations.

Community Guidelines

We want Zaygram to be a safe and open place for inspiration and expression. These guidelines apply to all content types (Posts, Reels, Stories, Comments).

Intellectual Property

Share only photos and videos that you have taken or have the right to share. Do not post content that violates someone else's copyright.

Safety

Serious threats of harm to public and personal safety are not permitted. This includes specific threats of physical harm as well as threats of theft, vandalism, and other financial harm.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies specifically to the "Zaygram Verified" (Blue Tick) subscription service.

1. Subscription Plans

Zaygram offers digital subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) for premium features, including the Verification Badge, Ad-Free experience, and Priority Support.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Since the verification process involves manual review and digital goods activation, we do not offer refunds once the payment is processed, even if:

  • You cancel the subscription early.
  • Your account is banned due to violation of Terms.
  • You decide you no longer want the badge.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time from the app settings. Your badge will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Badge Revocation

Zaygram reserves the right to remove the verified badge without refund if you change your display name, username, or profile photo to something misleading, or if you violate our Community Guidelines.

DMCA Copyright Policy

Zaygram respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to: zaygramverify@gmail.com.

Account Deletion Request

At Zaygram, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including posts, reels, messages, and profile information), please follow the instructions below:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion:

Please send an email from your registered email address to our support team:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Username]
  • Processing Time: Your request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Once processed, all your personal information, media uploads, and interaction history will be wiped from our active servers.
